Jen had over 100 family, friends and fans who went to watch and cheer for her at Miss America. Quite a feat for a small non-state like the District of Columbia. Jen has earned the affection of so many especially the Miss DC Pageant family who is not too disappointed to have her back!

What a fun week. Not only did she get mentioned on Rush Limbaugh’s popular radio show and her aria played for his 13 million listeners but Jen has garnered an amazing amount of press and interest with her recycling platform “Lets Talk Trash” and her rap song with Grammy nominated artist Kokayi. Miss District of Columbia is a young woman with a purpose. She makes a difference in her city. She is bright, talented and well spoken. She is cause-oriented, politically astute and stylish.

Jen is all of these things and a nice girl too! We are so proud to have Jen Corey represent the Nation’s Capital in the 2010 Miss America Pageant.
