Alivia RobertsAlivia Roberts is a Press Assistant for the U. S. House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Mississippi State University with distinction, Summa Cum Laude. During her undergraduate tenure, she was a member of the Lambda Pi Eta Communication Honor Society and served on the Student Association Senate, writing merit-based legislations, which earned her the Jimmy Abraham Service Award by the Student Association Executive Council. Currently, she’s a graduate student at George Washington University studying Public Administration. Alivia runs Roberts’ Consulting Company that helps at-risk students build career development identity.

Andolyn MedinaAndolyn Medina is a 23 year-old doctoral student at George Washington University, where she also obtained her M.A in Forensic Psychology. She has developed a passion for spreading awareness about human trafficking and currently works for the National Center for Victims of Crime. In 2015, she became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and has volunteered 7,500 hours over a lifetime. She has performed for President Obama, the Miss America Pageant, Wizards and appeared on the Wendy Williams show. For fun, she enjoys brunching, and watching Netflix with her puppy, Knowles, who is named after Beyonce.

Anna KellyOriginally from Atlanta, Georgia, Anna Kelly moved to D.C. to attend college and is currently a graduating senior (class of ’19) at Catholic University, where she studies Vocal Performance. After graduation, she will take a year off to continue study at Catholic University with her voice teacher, Rick Christman, before applying to masters programs in Opera, as well as small Young Artist Programs. She hopes to eventually pursue a career in opera performance and music administration. In her free time, she enjoys cooking (particularly from Julia Child’s recipe books), creative writing, spending time with friends and family, and outdoor runs.

Aquila HarperAquila Harper, from Riverside Rhode Island, is a Junior at The American University studying Justice & Law with a concentration in Criminology. Her scholastic ambitions include graduating with a combined Bachelors and Masters Degree in Justice, Law, and Criminology, and in using this degree, she hopes to bring justice to families across the nation. Aquila is an active member of her college community, where she is an American University Ambassador, Mentor, and Cheerleader. Aquila also has a passion for helping others. She serves as a Coach with The Grassroot Project in D.C., where she teaches Elementary School children about the importance of health and wellness. In her spare time, she enjoys playing the saxophone, traveling around the District, and listening to music.

Chiamaka Ezeonyebuchi Chiamaka Ezeonyebuchi is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Bozzuto, where she primarily focuses on talent relationship management, and loves working on projects that improve the candidate and recruiter experience. In her young life Chiamaka recognized the importance of leading through the eyes of servitude, which led to her passion of helping people in Business. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management concentrating in Human Resources Management at Salisbury University.

Dina GharibDina Gharib was born in Ismailia, Egypt to Egyptian parents who immigrated to the US in 1996. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) with a degree in Media & Communication Studies. She currently works as a Federal Contractor for Leidos and sits at the U.S. Department of Transportation as a Marketing & Communications Specialist. She enjoys spending her free time cooking, traveling, and dancing. Dina’s mission is to be an influential example to those around her, and to represent America for what it essentially is - The Great American Melting Pot.

Faith JacksonFaith Jackson is a graduate of Harvard University and a rising first-year at Harvard Law School. Faith is the child of a single-parent immigrant and the first student from her majority minority, under-resourced public high school to attend Harvard. Appreciative of that privilege, Faith serves as President of Read Between the Minds, a non-profit dedicated to providing college application and funding advice to students from disadvantaged backgrounds like her own. In addition, she serves as a Medic in the Army National Guard, having been named the Soldier of the Cycle, Army Achievement Medal awardee, and Army Physical Fitness Badge awardee.

Hannah MenznerHannah Menzner is a Consulting Analyst at Accenture, helping companies implement leading technologies in their business. She graduated with Distinction from the University of Virginia with a Bachelors of Science in Commerce, and plans to obtain a Masters of Business Administration to propel her to corporate leadership.
Hannah previously volunteered for a crisis hotline, answering several suicide calls. Her training ignited a passion for mental health advocacy, education, and support. After growing up as a classically trained pianist and ballerina, Hannah utilizes music and dance as tools to support her own mental health as she pursues her career in business. |
Hope HukkeriHope Hukkeri, a Hampton Roads native, made her way to the District in late 2016 after finishing her last semester of college with a bang by interning at NBC in New York City. She currently works in information security and aims to attain her MBA in the coming years. In her free time, she empowers the women of DC who are seeking employment by using her eye for fashion to volunteer as a stylist at Dress for Success. Hope is also a classically trained singer and is currently a soprano in the Cathedral Choral Society at the National Cathedral.

Judy MaboneA proud graduate of American University with a degree in International Studies, Judy Maboné enjoys debating foreign policy over a hot cup of tea and practicing her foreign language skills with friends. Her unexpected diagnosis of heart disease at age sixteen led her to develop her platform “Think Smart About The Heart” which advocates for heart disease awareness and preemptive screenings in young people. When she’s not working as a legal assistant, Judy enjoys pampering her dog, Waffle; baking sweet treats that could rival those of Christina Tosi, running through Rock Creek Park and searching the city for John Wall.

Kate SheaKate Shea is a first-year student at Georgetown University Law Center, where she is pursuing her dream of becoming a criminal prosecutor. Growing up in the Montana state capital of Helena, Kate was inspired to get involved in politics by seeing her local government at work. She received a bachelor’s in journalism from the University of Montana’s Davidson Honors College, with the hope of becoming a government beat reporter, before realizing that she wanted to make policy rather than write about it. She is thrilled to now be at the heart of American politics by living in Washington, D.C.

Katelynne CoxA modern day Doogie Houser, Katelynne Cox enrolled in college at fifteen years old: completing her BA and two Graduate Certificates in Nonprofit and Public Management from the University of Missouri. Ambitiously, Katelynne balances her career, MBA studies and homeowner responsibilities well. Katelynne is the manager of fundraising and events at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and the Executive Director of Silence Is Not Compliance: an organization that rehabilitates rape survivors and educates kids on how to prevent sexual violence. Katelynne enjoys dancing for the 2018 Stanley Cup Champions, the Washington Capitals, and jogging with her two rescued Labradors.

Lily DonaldsonLily Donaldson is a junior in the honors program at American University majoring in Computer Science. She is an AU Cheerleader, lighting designer for Rude Mechanicals Shakespearean troupe, website assistant at american.edu, webmaster for Preservation of Affordability Housing, Inc., Teaching Assistant/Complex Problems Program Leader, Assistant News Editor for the Fredericksburg Today, and works in AU’s Sensation, Perception, Reality, and Illusion lab. She is also a 2019 Student Trainee for Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis. She enjoys volunteering with Children’s Miracle Network and her platform, “Art, Technically” which provides STEAM workshops and curricula to students and teachers.

Maya RimpseyMaya Renee Rimpsey represents the true spirit of Washington D.C. as she is a native Washingtonian. Having grown up in Historic Anacostia, she attended high school at Duke Ellington School of the Arts in North West, where her passion for the arts was cultivated into a career path. She is currently a Fashion Merchandising & Management student with a minor in Decolonizing the Fashion Industry at Thomas Jefferson University. Her studies at TJU led her to on campus activism and community service, organizing events centered around social justice and civic engagement.

Sidney Clarke-LequeriqueSidney Clarke-Lequerique is a D.C. resident originally from West Palm Beach, Florida. She is currently a high school chorus teacher in Maryland and spends her extra time singing in DC’s 18th Street Singers. Prior to teaching, she graduated from Florida State University with a major in music education where she spent time on campus marching with the FSU Marching Chiefs and singing around the world with the University Singers. She has a passion for arts education, mentoring youth, and golden retrievers! Her favorite monument is the Jefferson Memorial and her favorite season is spring with the cherry blossoms in bloom!

Stacie HartmanStacie Hartman is a sophomore at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service where she is majoring in International Politics and minoring in Economics and Spanish, focusing on foreign policy between the U.S. and Latin America. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Stacie has been passionate about public service since her high school years in student government, and she is driven by a mission to empower more women to run for office and reach the highest -level positions in their respective fields. Her career goal is to become a diplomat for the United States government, and she will be starting her work with the Department of State this summer.
